SHAMBALA COMMUNITY TRADING POST And Perma-Cultural
Plants/Seed Exchange Project.

We invite you to come and join the conversation weekly/monthly, and bring others/family along! ~
Please join us for a monthly Pot-Luck exchange (bring anything, local foods suggested) and discussion first Thursday of each month.  Next meeting Thursday evening 5 August 7PM, just up the bend from Camano Commons/Terry’s Corner, north of the Sunrise Blvd lighted intersection (just 5 minutes from Stanwood) .  This idea is in its infancy, it is new to us as well, and we hope to embrace a small group of like-minded folks to join together to share/network resources, talents, things, needs and excesses.  The concept is intended to be completely un-bureaucratic in its design….no board members, no prepaid appointments or obligations, folks will create their own hand-shake agreements on their own terms.  Please join the conversation, it takes a Village!

Are you cash-strapped but have a wealth of talents and resources lying dormant?  If owning things is becoming a burden, and sharing things/skills with a common community makes sense, then we invite you to join the conversation and visit our weekly Shambala Trading Post!  Cash trades will also be welcome, LOCAL ORGANIC PRODUCE coming July!  Saturdays 10A-2PM , and Aug 5 monthly Pot-Luck 7PM (First Thursday each month). –

Come by and POST your personal trade interests, and needs/surpluses for community exchange consideration!

Thank you for your support and interest, we will surely all benefit from a community Trading Post, and fun monthly Pot Luck family gatherings.  Come share your vision … think Globally, buy, share and trade Locally.

A Communal Cooperation ~
Concept launch and discussion, Thurs. Sept.10 @ 7PM

After a summer of fun, sunny and music filled open air Markets this summer, we came to learn that folks are very strapped for time and are having challenges being present physically on Saturdays at the www.camanomarket.com. I want to thank each and every one of you for shopping and/or exhibiting at the Marketplace, we have had a great time and are excited to share the evolution in place that we feel will be a better fit for this community.

We just had our first concept discussion on Saturday 29Aug. and were excited to hear people’s ideas and interests. Myself, Nancy Chase, and Cheri DeShaw are heading off a virtual location for us to Co-Op from together, with our local neighbors, for better food, and quality holistic items and supplements at a value price sharing purchases. This collaboration will develop to be offered up in a variety of practical ways, and we are asking for your participation in the development. Thanks to those who joined us for the discussion, we want this to evolve to be what the community wants, so we can create an infrastructure for that design to ultimately develop.

At LiveWell Market we will specialize in Organic Products, to include fresh and frozen items, with local citizens and businesses with mutual interests. In our network we welcome folks who are already successfully managing viable services and products, who are interested in the expansion of benefits together, that might be further enhanced symbiotically and respectfully, in a convenient communal marketplace of products and services. There will be many items that will be packaged, like breads, gluten free items, household cleaners, nutrients, water purifiers, and organic fed beef. Local items along with travel for health and relaxation, health related classes and many other items of interest will be featured. It will be your one stop shopping center, to go and order on line at your convenience. We will offer a weekly pickup day. For those of you wanting local delivery services, these can be provided for a small fee.

Since our goal is to obtain the best products locally, we are encouraging local businesses to join in on our website. We will offer a shopping cart and pictures of your products for people to order.

What a better way to have a Farmers Market on line year round!?
We would appreciate your input, your support and comments. To become a member and learn more, attend a meeting to take place discussing all the details.
Our second meeting will be held Thursday evening Sept 10, at 7 PM.
at 395E North Camano Dr. just up from Terry’s Corner. Landmark white sign post with CHASE on it, on the right side just before the Orchid Farm heading North.

Email us at livewellmarket@gmail.com. Please address your concerns and issues you would like covered. We want to thank you in advance for being apart of LiveWell Market, as a group we will and can make a better place for all of us to live well.
