Or stay in a luxuriously-appointed stateroom on your private live-aboard anchored off this private holiday island. Sleep on the dhoni one night and in your private island lodge another, your choice!
Want to go for a quiet evening walk around the island; it will only take you 10 minutes. If you have a group in mind, Dhoni Island is perfect for leasing privately as an intimate party of 12, in this breath taking paradise!
The booking on Dhoni Island will consist of two rooms. One will be the room onboard your Dhoni, the Dhoni is yours to use for the entire duration of your stay. The Dhoni is fully equipped with en-suite bathroom facilities and a kitchen with dining area. The bungalow is located on the island. The choice of where to stay is completely at your discretion.

As you are on an ‘All Inclusive Basis’, please find below the food and beverage items that are included as part of your room rate.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner is included. There are no set meal times or menus. Our executive chef will speak with you on arrival and also on a daily basis and recommend and prepare dishes to your tastes. Your meals can be taken anywhere on the island that you like, either in the room, on the beach, in the restaurant or onboard your Dhoni. Your butler will make all the necessary arrangements.
We provide a bottle of Champagne on Arrival in the room.

Dhonis
Pink Rose, Wild Orchid, Golden Lotus, Ocean Lily, and Lady Camelia are our 5 luxurious, live-aboard boats, hand-crafted in the Maldives of local palm wood, with a cozy, thatched-roof cabin and glamorous Stateroom.
Each dhoni is 65 feet long and powered by inboard engines or by wind billowing in its pearl-white canvas sails. The captain steers by traditional tiller and rudder, guided by satellite navigation.
In the bow of the dhoni is a sun deck with oversized cushions for lazing. Aft is a deck for alfresco dining and for rod and line fishing as the dhoni cruises.
In the cabin there is a fully-equipped galley and dining saloon. Sliding wooden doors open to reveal your stateroom, a hotel-style bedroom with a dreamily comfortable king-size bed, wardrobes, timber deck and ceiling, and bathroom ensuite.
Island lodges
The 6 Island lodges are secluded in glades amidst lush vegetation beside our brilliant white sand beach, only a few paces from the inviting blue of the lagoon. Surrounded by tropical flowers and plants, each island lodge is detached and completely private.
The roof is covered in traditional palm leaf thatch, helping it blend in with the environment, while inside the ceiling is made of locally-woven reed matting. The bedroom and lounge area are floored with polished timber.
Island Dining
We are proud to have a chef who understand the importance of good food for a good holiday.
The restaurant, bar and lounge occupy a magnificent twin-peaked thatched pavilion with sides open to the sea breeze and shaded by tropical vegetation. It has a high roof with hand-woven, locally-made mats ( called sataa ) framed by timber rafters and a floor of fine white sand. Ceiling fans keep it cool for relaxing, dining and drinking.
Dhoni Island Spa
With breathtaking views of the beach and lagoon, the spa is a serene place to free your spirit and hone your body.
Our qualified masseuse offers a variety of sensuously relaxing treatments, while our beauty therapist can tone and groom you for that special evening or the journey home.
Dhoni Dive School
is run by an experienced, Maldivian PADI-licensed instructor who is also a professional underwater videographer.
He offers one-to-one courses leading to PADI qualifications for beginners, and acts as a personal underwater guide for experienced divers.
There are dozens of spectacular dive sites, some of the best in the world, near Dhoni Island and our instructor knows them all. Guests can join him for an adventure through the beautiful underwater world that surrounds Dhoni Island. Swim with eagle rays, turtles and whale sharks.
The year-round water temperature averages 82 degrees. From January to April (the manta season) visibility is 70 to 100 feet; from May to December, 50 to70 feet.
